What is Art for you?

A part of who I am. It is entangled in my soul and it presents itself differently and similarly overtime. To me, art extends past physical creation. It is expressed in my personality and how I navigate life.

What is chocolate to you?

Chocolate is a delicious treat that offers an opportunity for expression. It compliments almost any flavor. Art is in everything and chocolate is art.

What inspires you, and this piece in particular?

Creativity and uniqueness inspire me. Rare events or rare circumstances are beautiful, and I like to capture those moments through my lens.

 

The inspiration for this piece was focused on color and the beautiful interaction that humming birds have with flowers. They are compliments of each other in the same way as the hibiscus compliments the chocolate in this bar.
