Learn the basics of chocolate and how to:

Temper chocolate

Make your own truffles and ganache with different cocktail flavors

Roll and dip your own truffles

Gain the "inside knowledge" for making your own at home!
At the end of the workshop you will take home a box with 16 truffles made by YOU!
Food and drinks available for purchase at the brewery.
Workshop cost: $45 per person
