The aromas of these 2 ingredients enhance each other to create a unique taste experience. Pairs well with red wine. The coconut sugar adds a hint of nut or caramel notes which can only be discerned in this simple yet rich while delicately intensely dark chocolate bar. (Coconut sugar is derived from the sap of the coconut tree, and not from the fruit as many think. This is what lends it its distinctive flavor notes without any artificial flavors). This chocolate has a low glycemic index which makes it diabetic-friendly.
