May 14th, 4PM May 15th, 12PM Have fun with the art of chocolate making with our master chocolatier Sima. In this bonding event to will make for each other your preferred inclusion "chocolate heart on a stick" and heart shaped pralines. You will learn: 🍫 How to temper chocolate and get creative with the leftovers 🍫 Techniques to make your own pralines, truffles, and ganache 🍫 Roll and dip your own truffles This workshop is for ages 14-99 🍷 You (adults) will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to sip while learning. 🍫 Each guest will take home a heart shaped box made out of chocolate filled with your own creations.
