What is Art for you?

For me it's all about having a conversation. It's all about expressing the way you view the world and how you express new and imaginative thoughts to those that consume the work.

What is chocolate to you?

Chocolate is one of my favorite sweets to eat. I have to keep a healthy diet so when I do eat chocolate it is a fantastic reward to myself.

What inspires you, and this piece in particular?

The opportunity to create new ways of looking at the world. I'm always exploring new mediums, perspectives and ideas. For this work, I was exploring ideas of spirituality and higher power. Whatever that is to people, and it's different for everyone, I wanted this piece to feel like an exploration into those ideas.
